Bobby’s Bike Repair Sales & Service is an authorized dealer for the brands listed on our ecommerce website. Each manufacturer has their own warranty and policy. We honor the manufacturer warranty. We will gladly work with you to achieve your satisfaction.

 

We'll help you file a warranty claim and work with you to resolve the issue. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Bobby’s Bike Repair Sales & Service.

 

Manufacturer Warranty:

You get a full 14 days to return your item to us. We also we honor the manufacturer's return policy. If the manufacturer's return policy is greater than 14 days, then we will honor their policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be approved before we can accept returned merchandise.
